Great food, coffee and friends
Get those things right and life pretty much takes care of itself… At least that’s how the Italians see it. This is why we put as much thought and care into our pastries, paninis and cakes as we do into our coffee.
Good products require time and attention.
The way we see it, food is at its best when it’s fresh, wholesome and uncomplicated. Ursula Ferrigno, our renown Italian chef and the author of numerous cookbooks, has worked with Caffè Nero for years. Her philosophy, which we have adopted for our food, is to keep food simple, natural and uncomplicated. Easy to say but hard to achieve.
We bake pastries and cookies daily in our store and make fresh sandwiches and salads every morning. All our bread is made fresh daily at Nashoba Brook bakeries. We use yogurt from local producers Stonyfield dairy and milk from High Lawn Fields dairy. In everything we do, we use high quality ingredients, and try and steer clear of additives while keeping to simple, authentic recipes.
